General Rules
Server set up
All matches are played on the home clan servers, unless otherwise agreed.
All servers should be running the DMW scanner.
Players
All players must use DMW client (unless otherwise agreed).
All players must use teamspeak. This is so when a player crashes out, he can be told when the round is over and it is safe for him/her to come back in.
Players caught cheating will be expelled from the League, end of story!
Match set up
It is up to the clans to host and sort their matches.
DMW approved skin packs and forced models must be agreed by both clans. If one clan does not want either of them, then it will not be used
Clans must agree before the match whether players that have crashed out can rejoin the game immediately. Rejoining players must come back into match as soon as possible, not stay in spectator. If one clan does not agree, rounds must be held.
Winner of bash chooses first map and side, loser chooses side for second map.
In the event of a cancellation within 24hrs of a match, the "ready" team will get the default win, unless they wish to agree to a postponement. Matches once set may be postponed once only per clan.
During matches
In the event of a no-show after 30 mins (or 20 mins with no contact), a clan may claim a 10-0 default win. However we would prefer clans to postpone/rearrange where possible.
Boosting (stacking) is not allowed, defined as standing on another player for any reason in order to gain an advantage.
Normal rules apply to going on roofs and other places on maps that we all know are out of bounds, we have all played the game long enough to know this one :)
If a clan sees another clans player somewhere he should not be, please screenshot him and send it to your admin. If it is a rock solid case, your clan will be awarded the win by a default 20-0 score. Nothing can be done without a screenshot.
Matches must be played to the end. This league is done on a rounds difference system, so if two clans have the same points, it will then go down to round difference i.e. if a clan wins 20-10 they will have a +10 round difference.
We would like the both clans to take a screenshot of scores at the end of a round. This is to save any agro that might go on after about the scores. Please also confirm the scores with each other at end of each round.
We would like clans to start battles with two restarts, this will help some people that crash when three restarts are done.
Once a match has begun, it is then deemed that both sides have agreed to play the match with those settings. Any complaints or conflicts regarding server settings from this point, will then not be vaild and therefore ignored.
HvK League Staff/Admins will be available for clans that feel they need them. Cheat calling or any form of abuse in matches will result in the player involved will being banned from the league for twelve weeks. A second incident involving the same player will mean he/she is removed from league.
We dont care who or why. If abuse does take place take a screenshot and send to your admin. Wait until after the match, then your league admin will make your complaint if necessary.
If you have a problem with another clans play or player then go to a HvK League staff or admin. They will talk to those involved and resolve the situation as best they can. Rumour spreading and bitchiness will not be tollerated and will mean the same penalty as that given for abuse in matches.
Camping in oppositions spawn in freezetag objective is not allowed.
After matches
Both teams report scores within 48hrs of match being played.

Capture The Flag Specific Rules
Standard 15 minute rounds, clans can agree on different setting.
Use the following setting in your CTF config file to match the following rules:
set g_ctf_settings pointlimit: 0 countdown:15
When the flags are not spawned at the same place(s) after the swap, then a extra restart is required.
The amount of FLAGS count. Not the amount of rounds won. Make a screenshot of the amount of flags in the top right corner at the end of the round, so there cannot be any arguing around it.
When the Flag count is even, for example 1-1 and after the 7 minutes sudden death one team blows up for having less players, the other team gets one point. If that ends up as a draw both teams get 1 point making it 2-2 in this example.

The round limit is set to 15 minutes.
