A little about us:
[HaVoK] was formed in July 2007 by HaZarD & Newt. We are a somewhat new clan, but not new to MoH:AA, our previous clan was active in MoH:AA for 4 years. [HaVoK] members are asked to donate at least $5 - $10 a month to help support the clan game server(s), TeamSpeak, website, etc, etc It's not mandatory (or forced) to donate money, but you must bring something useful to the clan , such as some graphics skills (making clan banners, avatars, sigs for clan members, etc, etc).
Our continued success is due to our commitment and dedication to run clean, cheat free, profanity free servers in which players of all ages can enjoy the game. We are committed to helping the gaming community become a fair platform to play. Thank you to all of our members for making this clan what it has become your loyalty, dedication and ability to have fun makes us bigger and stronger everyday.

If you are new here, read all information given below. All prospective applicants must follow these guidelines.
1. If you are registered as a member of the site, this only allows you to post in the basic forums and gives you access to some of the site, this DOES NOT make you a [HaVoK] clan member.
2. If your here and looking to join a rapidly growing clan or need a new one?, Please fill out the recruit form under clan info it's located on main page, left side in the navigation menu. Try to be active in our game servers, teamspeak and forums. TeamSpeak & game server IP's are located on the main page of our site. Check out our downloads section for mods, game patches, custom maps, player skins & more!

The following will get you KICKED/BANNED from [HaVoK]:
1. Wearing our clan tags prior to being accepted or applying.
2. Cheating of any kind.
3. Continued annoying or obnoxious behavior after being asked to stop.
4. Racial and/or sexual comments of any sorts will not be tolerated. (especially towards female members)

Rules And Regulations:
1.Must be a registered member of our site.
2.Must be willing to learn and attend clan events.(we understand things happen and sometimes can't)
3.Must be active on the servers and in the forums.
4.Must be able to use TeamSpeak, no TeamSpeak no scrims or practices.
5.Must be cheat free and a mature player.
TAGS:
While wearing our clan tags they must be worn at all times no matter what server you are playing on. There are 4 only exceptions to this rule.
1. If your playing a game other than MoH:AA
2. If you kicked/banned  .
3. If you quit [HaVoK].
3. If your subbing for a scrim for a different clan you are allowed to wear their tags for the duration of the scrim only. If members are found to be on different servers without the exact [HaVoK] tags, that person will be banned from the site, teamspeak, and game server(s) without warning.
The most disrespectful thing you can do as a clan member is to not display your tags and it will not be tollerated. We simply ask you wear our tags with pride and dignity.
Server Policy:
1. No complaining
2. No public accusations of hacking about members or non-members ,no offensive comments or excessive rudeness. Your actions reflect on the entire clan. If it is brought to our attention that a clan member has engaged in any of the above behavior, swift action will be taken. This goes for our server AND every server you play on. If you think someone is hacking report it to the server admin privately. Most clans have forums set up to deal with these situations. It is your duty as a [HaVoK] member to govern our server whether an admin is on or not. Who's knows you do a good job you may become an admin! 
3. If someone is causing problems and/or you believe they're cheating on the server and no admins are around press F12 on your keyboard to take a screenshot, post in the forums, include there names + times and if possible and our admins will review it and decide, and/or you can simply email screenshots to which ever is easier for you.
TeamSpeak Policy:
1. No spamming, no channel flooding, no racist or rude comment or remarks.
Ban Policy:
Admins are instructed to remove ANY players for the following reason:
1. Accusing ANYONE of hacking publicly on the server.
2. ANYONE and EVERYONE using excessive profanity or rudeness.
3. Anyone suspected of running any type of hack.
4. Anyone who attempts to crash the server.
Forum Rules:
The "Dont's"...
Do not post links to any kind of pornographic material.
Do not post malicious links (spyware, viruses, loads of pop-ups...).
Do not spam.
Do not abuse/'flame' other forum members.
Do not troll/bait forums/members and cause arguments.
Do not make multiple threads about the same thing across several forums.
Do not post in all caps or in 'massive' writing.
Do not post e-mail addresses (for your sake, not ours).
Do not post anything directly or indirectly racist, sexist...
Do not bump old threads without good reason.
The "Do's"
Do try not to 'Double' post, edit your last post instead.
Do try not to have avatars that are massive (file size).
Do try not to hijack threads.
Do try to post threads in a relevant forum.
Do try to find a thread that answers your question before making a new one.
Do try to post in a thread that is currently active (and relevant to the post you want to make).
Do try to have a relevant thread title.
Do try to read the post completely before replying.
Do try to keep offensive language to a minimum.
Do try to be nice!
